What is BOLD Performance Therapy?

BOLD was founded by actively practicing Chiropractor (Dr Zach Morcom) and Physiotherapist/Athletic Therapist (Jessie Dalton) with over a decades worth of experience in the health and performance training field. Both are based out of Airdrie and Calgary AB. 

We specialize in helping active populations such as First Responders and Athletes recover from injury, and perform at their absolute best. 

In addition to our clinical work we provide important and relevant content on an online platform with no added BS. We talk all things:

With so many people turning to social media for answers and guidance, we have found oftentimes the advice out there is.. BS. Our goal is to provide high-value education which is grounded in evidence to help combat this mess of misinformation and "quick-fixes" that has become so prevalent today.
